The Serious Seven
Once they understand (and admit) that they're stuck, the best leaders then spend time determining the scope and cause of their predicament. It's not about tackling every single issue, but rather understanding which ones should be attacked first.
Throughout the process of researching and writing UNSTUCK, we noted that while there are countless causes to being stuck, most can be understood because they fall into one of seven key categories of dysfunction. What we've termed the Serious Seven.
