7 simple ways to feel more positive

Before you can change a problem, it helps to switch to a more positive outlook. Fortunately, it doesn’t take all that much to do it. Try any of these for an instant attitude changer.

  1. Smile more often.
  2. Think about what makes you happy.
  3. Make someone laugh.
  4. Resist the urge to complain.
  5. Appreciate the small things.
  6. Make a list of your accomplishments.
  7. Mentor someone.
