When we commit to a new goal, we have high hopes and big ambitions. I am going to take on the world! Lose 10 pounds! Read 1,000 books! Bike 10 miles a day.

Whatever the plan is, we often reach a crossroads when our expectations collide with reality. The next thing we know, we feel overwhelmed or underwhelmed about your goal. And, when we sense that we’re getting stuck, it’s easy to find ourselves on the verge of giving up.

But, fear not, we’re not about to let that happen! And so, as you move forward with your goal, it’s important to take the temperature of your plan. To help with that, we’ve put together an easy worksheet to audit your goal so you can adjust accordingly. This will help you not only see how far you’ve come, but fine tune your way to the destination.
