One of the reasons it’s so hard to initiate something is that we get overwhelmed — by the vision, by the long road to reach that vision, by the tasks on the long road to reach that vision. So better not to start at all, our frazzled brain whispers. But if we break our initiative down. And then break it down again, until we have just one micro-size action in front of us, well, that’s very do-able. So then we do another, and another….
