Cut back to speed up
When we’re gunning for quick progress, sometimes more can be too much. Don’t get us wrong, we love group input — some of our best ideas have come from other people — but the process can take time that, at times, we don’t have. When we suspect there’s an excess of able bodies, we divide up the tasks. This highlights areas where too many are assigned to the same things. Then we reassess who we need and ask others to drop back.
