Two- and three-year-olds ask endless questions about ordinary things (sometimes ending in a sharp "Because!" from us). But this toddler tactic is a sage one. The kids want to absolutely, positively know what's going on, and since no one is volunteering the information, they ask. A lot. When we don't understand a situation, or we think others don't, we pull out our list of questions, too. We just try to not get obnoxious about it.
